How does Finseo connect to Typeform?

Finseo uses Typeform native webhooks. You paste the Finseo webhook URL into Typeform Connect, then Webhooks. Typeform fires a webhook on every form submission with the full response payload. No OAuth, no third party tools, no custom code required.

What Typeform plan do I need?

Webhooks are available on all Typeform plans including the free tier. There are no plan restrictions for the Finseo integration. If you have multiple forms, you can add webhooks to all of them.

How does Finseo know which answer is the attribution?

Finseo auto detects the attribution field by scanning for question titles containing "how did you", "find us", "hear about", "source", "referral". You can also specify a custom field title in Finseo Attribution settings if your question phrasing is unique.

What if my question is multiple choice with non-AI options?

No problem. Finseo categorizes only AI related answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) and groups everything else under categories like "Search engine", "Word of mouth", "Social media", etc. You see the full source breakdown, not just AI.

Can I send Typeform responses to Finseo and HubSpot at the same time?

Yes. Typeform supports multiple webhooks per form. Add the Finseo webhook for attribution and the HubSpot webhook for CRM sync. Both fire in parallel on every submission. The Finseo and HubSpot integrations operate independently.

Does this work with Typeform Logic Jumps?

Yes. Logic Jumps do not affect webhook payloads. Typeform sends the final response after the user completes the form, regardless of which questions were skipped due to logic. Finseo sees only the answered questions.

Is the integration real time?

Yes. Typeform fires webhooks within 1 to 2 seconds of submission. Finseo processes and updates the dashboard within another 5 to 10 seconds. Total latency from submit to dashboard is under 15 seconds.

What happens if Typeform retries a webhook?

Typeform retries failed webhooks for up to 24 hours. Finseo accepts retries and deduplicates by event ID, so retries do not create duplicate attribution records. If a webhook fails repeatedly, Typeform marks it as failed in your Webhooks dashboard.
