FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Jotform
Answers to the most common questions about the Jotform integration.
Via Jotform native webhooks. You add a webhook in Form Settings, then Integrations. Jotform fires a webhook on every form submission with the full response payload as multipart/form-data with a rawRequest JSON field. Finseo handles both formats automatically.
Webhooks are available on all Jotform plans including the free Starter tier. There are no plan restrictions for the Finseo integration.
Finseo auto detects attribution fields by scanning field names for keywords: how_did, find_us, hear_about, source, referral, attribution. If your field has a non standard name, configure a custom field name in Finseo Attribution settings, then Field Mapping.
Yes. Conditional logic does not affect webhook payloads. Jotform sends the final response after the user completes the form, regardless of which questions were skipped or shown based on conditions.
Yes. Add the Finseo webhook to as many forms as needed. All submissions flow to the same Finseo project and dashboard. You can filter by form ID in the dashboard if needed.
The integration captures form submissions, which is the trigger for Inbox notifications and Approval workflows. Inbox and Approvals continue to work normally in Jotform while Finseo independently tracks attribution.
Yes. Jotform fires webhooks within 1 to 2 seconds of submission. Finseo processes and updates the dashboard within another 5 to 10 seconds. Total latency is under 15 seconds.
Attachments and signatures are part of the Jotform payload but Finseo does not store them. Only structured fields (text, choice, number, email) are processed for attribution. Files remain in Jotform.
