Calendly

Connect Calendly to capture attribution from booking form questions. Know which AI engines drive demos, sales calls, and consultations.

Overview

What you get with the Calendly integration

Finseo connects to Calendly via native webhook subscriptions. When someone books a meeting and answers a routing question like "How did you hear about us?", Calendly sends the booking data to Finseo. Finseo extracts the answer and categorizes it into AI source buckets so you see which engines drive demos.

Why it matters

Why Calendly customers need AI visibility tracking

Calendly is the dominant scheduling tool with over 20 million users. Sales and demo bookings are some of the highest intent conversions for B2B SaaS. Without attribution, you cannot answer "Which AI engine drives the most demo bookings?". The Finseo Calendly integration solves this with a routing question and a webhook subscription. Total setup takes 5 minutes and gives you direct booking attribution to AI search.
