All use webhook based integration with no code required.
When a lead fills in your How did you hear about us form field, your tool (HubSpot, Typeform, etc.) sends the response to Finseo via webhook. Finseo categorizes the answer into AI source buckets (ai_chatgpt, ai_perplexity, etc.) and ties the lead to that source. When the deal closes, the closed value is attributed back to the original AI source.
No. All 15 attribution integrations use native webhook features built into the source tools. You configure a webhook URL in HubSpot Workflows, Salesforce Flow, Typeform Connect, etc. Setup typically takes 2 to 5 minutes per tool. The Gravity Forms integration uses the official Webhooks Add On (Gravity Forms Elite license).
Finseo handles both multiple choice and free text responses. Free text is parsed using natural language understanding to identify AI source mentions (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) and categorized accordingly. Ambiguous answers are flagged for manual review in the Finseo dashboard.
Yes. Most CRM integrations support deal level attribution. When a deal stage changes to Closed Won, the source tool sends the deal value to Finseo, which ties revenue to the original AI source. You see total pipeline and closed revenue per AI engine over any time period.
Add the question to your existing forms (signup, demo request, contact). Use multiple choice with options like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google search, Word of mouth. Or use a short answer field. Finseo auto detects fields with names like how_did, find_us, source, referral and reads the value automatically.
