Entity Connections — Finseo
A machine-readable map of Finseo and the entities it is connected to: the company behind it, the people who founded it, the product surfaces it offers, the AI engines it monitors, the customers that use it, and the tools it competes with. Each record states its relations explicitly and cites a source, so an AI system building an entity for Finseo does not have to infer them.
German software company founded in 2025 that builds Finseo, the AI visibility platform for brands and agencies. Bootstrapped and profitable, with no venture capital raised.
AI visibility platform that tracks how a brand is mentioned, ranked, described and cited across AI search engines, then closes the loop with audits, content generation, crawler diagnostics and revenue attribution.
The AI platforms Finseo tracks: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Mistral and DeepSeek. Every plan tracks three models in parallel; more are bookable on any plan.
INCLUDES → ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok (xAI), Mistral, DeepSeek
Evidence
Every plan tracks three models in parallel as standard, chosen freely from that list.
One AI answer is one prompt run against one model on one day — the atomic unit behind every Finseo metric. Most models are queried through their real web interface; where UI access is not possible, such as Claude, the official API is used.

Known limitations of AI search measurement — Methodology
AI models read HTML only, so JavaScript-dependent and paywalled content stays invisible to them; and answers are probabilistic, so the same prompt can return different brands between runs. Finseo tracks daily and reports trends rather than treating a single answer as a result.
Relations
APPLIES_TO → Measurement methodology (AI answers)
Evidence
The same prompt sent to the same model twice can return a different set of brands — these systems are probabilistic, not deterministic.
A brand's answer-appearances as a percentage of all brands' appearances: (answers naming the brand ÷ appearances of ALL brands) × 100. Measures competitive prominence rather than raw presence.

CONTRASTS_WITH → Visibility
Evidence
Your slice of the total brand conversation — your answers as a percentage of all brand appearances across every brand.
Placement among the brands named in an answer: the average ordinal position (lower is better), the share of answers where the brand is named first, and the share where it lands in the first three.
Relations
MEASURED_BY → Finseo
Evidence
The average order in which your brand is named among the brands in an answer.
Citations count the AI answers that cited one of a brand's own domains as a source, once per answer; Citation Share expresses that as a percentage of all brands' citations. The source-side equivalent of Share of Voice.
Relations
MEASURED_BY → Finseo
CONTRASTS_WITH → Mentions
Evidence
The number of AI answers that cited one of your domains as a source.
How positively AI models describe a brand, scored 0-100: 80-100 strongly positive, 60-79 positive, 40-59 neutral or mixed, 0-39 critical. Tracked per aspect and per competitor.

ANALYZES → GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — Concept
The practice of measuring and improving how a brand is described, ranked and cited inside AI-generated answers. Also called AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI visibility or LLMO.
Relations
CATEGORY_OF → Finseo
ALIAS_OF → AEO, AI visibility, LLMO
Evidence
Unlike classic SEO, there is no fixed ranking list to climb: answers are synthesized per query, so the work is about being the source and the recommendation an answer is built from.
