Framer
BetaConnect your Framer project and let the Finseo agent optimize CMS entries, inject JSON-LD schemas into the site head, and publish changes from chat.
Overview
What you get with the Framer integration
Finseo connects to your Framer project via the Framer Server API and gives you an AI agent that can read and edit your CMS, inject custom code into the site head or body, and trigger publishing. Perfect for marketing sites, portfolios, and content hubs built in Framer that need AEO optimization at scale.
Use cases
What you can do with Framer and Finseo
Real ways Framer customers use Finseo to track and grow AI search revenue.
- 01
Edit CMS collections at scale
Rewrite titles, slugs, summaries, and content across CMS collections in one prompt. The agent reads each item, drafts changes, and stages them for your approval.
- 02
Inject JSON-LD schemas
Add Article, Product, FAQPage, HowTo, or Organization schema via Framer custom code. Schema markup is one of the highest signals for citation by Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
- 03
Optimize page SEO meta
Update page SEO titles, meta descriptions, OG tags, and Twitter card data across your Framer site. Changes deploy with one click.
- 04
Publish from chat
After approving changes, the agent triggers a Framer publish so your live site reflects the new content immediately. No manual designer step required.
- 05
AEO content restructuring
Restructure CMS content with H2 questions, definition lists, comparison tables, and TL;DR cards. These formats get cited by AI engines 3 to 5 times more often.

Why it matters
Why Framer customers need AI visibility tracking
Framer is the fastest growing design first website builder, used by over 100,000 modern brands and startups. Framer sites are visually beautiful but often lack the structured data and AEO formatting that AI engines reward. Without schema markup and AI extractable content, Framer sites get bypassed in ChatGPT and Perplexity citations. The Finseo agent adds the missing layer so Framer sites compete in AI search.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Framer
Answers to the most common questions about the Framer integration.
Finseo uses the Framer Server API. You generate an API key from Framer Site Settings and paste it in Finseo along with your project URL. The connection grants read and write access to CMS collections, custom code, and publishing actions.
The agent can edit CMS collection entries, inject custom code into the page or site head and body, manage page SEO settings, and trigger publishing. It cannot modify Framer Designer layouts, components, animations, or breakpoints. Visual design stays with the designer.
This integration is for Framer published sites with CMS enabled. The Server API is available on Framer Pro and higher plans. Free Framer plans do not have API access. Both web and ecommerce sites are supported.
Yes. The agent injects JSON-LD via Framer custom code at the site head, body, or page level. Common schemas include Article, Product, FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList, and Organization. All schemas are validated against schema.org before publishing.
No. The agent never modifies Designer layouts, components, or visual elements. Only content (CMS entries) and head/body code (for schemas and SEO) are edited. Every change requires approval, and you can revert via Framer version history if needed.
Setup takes about 2 minutes. Generating a Framer API key takes 60 seconds and pasting it in Finseo takes another 30. The first agent task can run within 5 minutes.
Yes. The agent can edit product CMS entries (titles, descriptions, prices, SEO fields) and inject Product schema with offer details. Framer e-commerce was launched in 2024 and is supported via the same Server API.
Yes, the Framer integration is currently in beta. Core functionality (CMS read and write, custom code injection, publishing) is stable. Some advanced features like locale management and component data binding are still in development.
