Overview

What you getwith the Zapier / Make integration

For tools that do not have direct webhook support or that need transformation logic, use Zapier or Make as a bridge. Trigger on form submission, contact creation, or any event from one of 8000+ apps. Add an HTTP action that POSTs the data to the Finseo API. Map your fields visually. Activate. Done.

Use cases

What you can dowith Zapier / Make and Finseo

01

Google Forms attribution

Trigger on Google Forms submission, then HTTP POST to Finseo. Capture "How did you find us?" responses from any Google Form.

02

Squarespace contact form

Squarespace forms do not have direct webhook support. Use Zapier to bridge form submissions to Finseo for attribution tracking.

03

Multi-step workflows

Combine multiple data sources: enrich a form submission with Clearbit data, then POST to Finseo for attribution. Build full pipelines without code.

04

Conditional attribution

Only send to Finseo if the deal value exceeds a threshold, or if the lead is from a specific country. Zapier filters and Make modules handle the logic.

05

Legacy CRM integration

For older CRMs without modern webhook support (Sugar, Zoho older versions, custom CRMs), Zapier connectors handle the bridge to Finseo.

Why it matters

Why Zapier / Make customersneed AI visibility tracking

Zapier connects to over 8000 apps and Make to over 2000. Together they cover virtually every tool used in modern marketing and sales stacks. For Finseo, this means you can capture AI search attribution data from any source, even tools without native webhook support. FAQ

Zapier / Make and AI search visibilityquestions people ask before choosing a tool

Finseo offers a native Zapier or Make integration that sends attribution data from any of 8000+ apps to the Finseo API, so leads from Google Forms, Squarespace, legacy CRMs and more are attributed to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and other AI engines. As an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform, Finseo turns those events into revenue per AI engine.

Trigger a Zapier Zap or Make scenario on a form submission or contact creation, add an HTTP POST action to your Finseo API endpoint with a Bearer token, and map fields like respondentEmail and dealValue. Finseo categorizes the "How did you find us?" answer into buckets like ChatGPT or Perplexity and shows leads and revenue per AI engine.

Yes. Finseo is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that accepts attribution data from any Zapier or Make workflow. Zapier and Make move data; Finseo tracks your brand visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini and attributes leads and revenue to those engines. Use them together when your source tool lacks a direct Finseo integration.

Create an API key at Finseo /api and copy the sk_live_ key, then copy your project's API endpoint from the Zapier integration card. In Zapier, add Webhooks by Zapier with POST; in Make, add the HTTP Make a request module. Set the Authorization Bearer header and Content-Type application/json, map your fields and activate.

Only what your Zap or Make scenario POSTs in the JSON body: channelId, respondentEmail, respondentName, dealValue, dealCurrency as a 3-letter ISO code, formId, pageUrl and metadata. Finseo records these for revenue attribution and reporting. The flow is one way into Finseo; nothing is written back to Zapier, Make or your source apps.

Yes. The Zapier or Make integration is included in every Finseo plan with no per-integration fees. On the third-party side, Webhooks by Zapier requires a paid Zapier plan starting at $19.99 per month, while Make has a free tier with 1000 operations per month that includes HTTP requests. For most teams the free Make tier is enough.

Yes. Squarespace forms have no direct webhook support, and Google Forms is not a native Finseo integration, so Zapier or Make is the bridge: trigger on the form submission and POST to the Finseo API. The same pattern works for Jotform, Gravity Forms and older CRMs, giving every team AI search attribution regardless of stack.

No. Zapier and Make are automation layers; they move form and CRM data between apps but do not categorize AI sources or report revenue per engine. Finseo adds the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) layer: it receives the POSTed data, classifies ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude mentions into buckets and shows them in the Attribution dashboard.

Yes. Use Zapier filters to send only certain leads to Finseo, such as B2B leads or deals over $1000, and Zapier paths for different field mappings per source. Make scenarios can chain multiple modules, for example enriching with Clearbit before the POST. A native Finseo Zapier app is in development; Webhooks by Zapier works today.
