Finseo connects to Asana with a Personal Access Token. Every task on the Finseo Tasks page gets an Export to Asana action: pick the target project, optionally pick an assignee, and Asana receives a task with the recommendation, the evidence behind it, and concrete action steps as notes. Under Tasks, then Automation, you can create rules that push new tasks into an Asana project automatically, filtered by category and minimum impact, with an optional default assignee.

   Open the Asana developer console (My apps), click Create new token under Personal access tokens, name it, and copy the value. Asana shows it only once.

How does Finseo authenticate with Asana?

Any project your Asana user is a member of. Finseo loads the project list from your account when you open the picker. If a project is missing, join it in Asana first, then reopen the picker in Finseo and select it.
